EKC2024

Dear distinguished guests and participants, It is our great pleasure to extend a warm welcome to all of you to the Europe-Korea Conference on Science and Technology 2024, which will be held at the University of Warwick in Coventry/Birmingham, UK. The EKC2024 is hosted by the Korean Scientists and Engineers Association in the UK (KSEAUK) together with the Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST) and eight other affiliates in Europe which are in Germany (VeKNI), France (ASCoF), Austria (KOSEAA), Finland (KOSES), Scandinavia (KSSEA), the Netherlands (KOSEANL), Switzerland (KSEAS), and Belgium (KOSEAbe). As we gather for this important event, we are excited to engage in a collaborative and productive exchange of ideas and insights that will help to shape the future of science and technology in Europe and Korea. This conference provides a unique opportunity for scholars, researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers to come together and explore innovative solutions to challenges that our world faces today. The theme for the EKC2024 is "Impact, Innovation, and Connectivity for Transforming Tomorrow Together". The theme emphasises the need for impactful actions, innovative solutions, and enhanced connectivity to collaboratively work towards a positive and transformative future. It encourages individuals and communities to join forces in shaping a better tomorrow through a collective effort and a shared vision.
