Site Visit Information

Please see the information below if you would like to have Site Visit.

Site Visit is a program that visits leading companies in the UK one day before EKC 2024. If you are interested, please apply when registering for EKC 2024. However, as the number of places available is limited, we would like to inform you that once the number of participants is reached, you will no longer be able to apply.
General Information
  • Site Visit runs on 29 July only.
  • The site visit is expected to take approximately half a day by a bus from Warwick University.
  • Around 60 participants are expected to visit by 2 buses, but the total number of participants may vary depending on interest.
  • The detail Site Visit schedule will be announced later.
Registration
  • Site Visit registration can be done at the same time that EKC 2024 participants' registration by selecting Site Visit option.
  • The EKC 2024 registraiton will be open on 1st March.
  • If you have applied for Site Visit, you must provide your extra information via EKC 2024 system.
Payment
  • The cost of Site Visit is 20 GBP for transportation but does not include lunch.
  • Site Visit cancellation policy follows EKC 2024 cancellation policy.

Meeting Point: The Oculus
14:00 Arrival at Rolls-Royce
14:30-15:30 1st group tour & 2nd group walk around campus, visit souvenirs, etc.
15:30-16:30 2nd group tour & 1st group walk around campus, visit souvenirs, etc.
17:00 Departure from Rolls-Royce to University of Wawick
18:00 Arrival at University of Warwick
